Mushroom Cap is a wearable hat. Its appearance resembles a mushroom.
The Mushroom Cap puts the player in a 'magic mushroom high' state for as long as it is worn, causing some walkable platforms to appear outside of the Mushroom Cave. It also slowly restores health.

Mushroom Cap is found inside the red chest at upper right of jumping mushrooms on Tomba Island.
