PhantaShroom are mushrooms found in the Tomba Island caves. When touched, the player enters a temporary psychedelic state allowing them to see and interact with hidden blocks if they are in the area. When exposed to fire (via magic bottle, the effect last longer and is not as extreme.

It has a small chance to drop a Mushroom Cap, a collectible monster specimen.
