Entry 142, Year 2

I have never seen a place quite like this.
These caves are full of mushrooms and
spores of all types.

It seems that some of these fungi have
even formed conscious intelligence...
incredible! I am sure that we are the
first humans to ever witness this.

Lucky for us these intelligent mushrooms
couldn't be any kinder. They welcomed
us into their homes and shared with us
some very interesting... philosophies.

They have an entire species whose only
purpose is to provide mind-altering
experiences before transcending to
another dimension themselves. Their
lifestyle is... unique to say the least.
